With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Mr. S.C. Joshi stands at the forefront of HR and labor law expertise. After earning his Master’s in Social Work in 1985, Mr. Joshi gained valuable experience working in HR and Personnel Administration across various industries for over seven years.

In 1992, Mr. Joshi joined the Central Labour Service, where he held a series of pivotal roles, including Assistant Labour Commissioner (C), Regional Labour Commissioner (C), Welfare Commissioner (C), Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (C), Additional Chief Labour Commissioner (C), and ultimately served as Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), India with the Government of India’s Ministry of Labour & Employment until his retirement in July 2022.

Throughout his career, Mr. Joshi has been deeply involved in the enforcement of labor laws, industrial relations, service matters, and the development of labor and personnel policies. His extensive experience has equipped him with profound insights into the complexities of labor regulations and organizational compliance.
